Worst haircut ever

Got my hair cut at Pierre Bossier Mall in Bossier City La. People were nice, but the lady who cut my hair did not know what she was doing.

I had to ask for her to cut around my ears, bangs etc. Found out she had been cutting hair for a short period of time out of her house. Absolutely outrageous prices. $20.00 for cut, $5.00 to blow dry which took two minutes.

Then they want a tip. I gave $5.00. Here's a tip, learn to cut hair before you enter the workforce. I will never use Mastercuts again.

I can not believe how bad an experience this was, and now have to pay someone else to do the job right.

Thanks for a totally terrible haircut. Major Fail.

Bad hair cut and dye job

I went to master cuts la coupke weeks ago in st clairsville oh. I dont like the cut and the dye job has already started to fade and the gray is coming out. I paidb225bfor this garbage. The girls all set around while my hair was being done talking. I paid cause i was uncomfortable and just wanted out of there. I will not be back.

Hello I went to the Gilbert AZ Mastercuts one month ago and Heather colored my hair. She was awesome. I just called to make another appointment with her only to be told she is no longer there. The woman who answered the phone said she didn't know where she went. I asked for someone there to give Heather my phone number and I was told it couldn't be done. How do I find her? Thanks, Laurie

Two times this week I went to MasterCuts in east Wenatchee wa, both times I was the only customer in the store and was turned away a hair cut because the employees (two of them) said they were going to lunch !

Your manager at store #02322 is Awful

I made a appointment at your store #02322 for 8:00 pm. I walked in at 7:15 and told Corinne who I know is the manager that anyone can do my hair she makes this big production with the appointment book saying we will try to get you in earlier. Not more than 10 minutes later a gentlemen walks in who does not have an appointment comes in and she takes him. Why couldn't she have taken me instead. I had said ANYONE CAN FLAT IRON MY HAIR. If she would have taken me the girl who did my hair could of taken the walk in. I am very disappointed in your manager. She is rude and very unprofessional. I do have to say I love most of the stylist in this salon but management needs customer service training. The stylist I had apologized for her manager and that should not happen. That is not the first stylist to apologize for Corinne to me either.

TERRIBLE CUT, SERVICE AND MORE....

I went to Mastercuts at Bay Park Square Mall in Green Bay WI on Christmas Eve 2017, I had a gift card from there to get my hair cut, otherwise I would’ve went to REGIS. When I got there the place was not busy, there were 2 workers there and it seemed like neither wanted to do my hair. One lady said that her brother was coming in so she didn’t want to take me, so the other lady did my hair. You would think they would do a wash first, but no. She sprayed my hair with water to cut it. I asked her to cut it shoulder length and have lots of layers. She cut it shoulder length, but didn’t really layer my hair. After she was done, she didn’t even style my hair. I am not happy with my experience from Matercuts and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

My stylists name was Marcia. He was so joyful and put a smile on my face. I had bad experiences with this salon before but he was a lot different then the other workers. He took his time and really made sure he was doing the best of his ability. I couldn't be happier with my hair. You could tell he's passionate about his job and he did amazing.

I took my little boy for hes first hair cut and she cut it way to short on the side where hes ear is and it looks terriable so very disappointed. And she shopped it all over, and didnt even spend 5 minutes and it was 14.50. I well not go back in the future

Loud Spanish music

It's quite annoying when they speak loudly only in spanish, Nothing against the spanish speaking language, but when they,re cutting your hair and talking too loud in your ears that is just disrespectful to me

Will not be going back

She didn’t even wash my hair. She didn’t split it into layers to trim. The lady spent about 3 minutes on my hair and then charged me 18 dollars. I could have done what she did.

Worst location is St. Matthews Mall. Manager he is rude and talks about every customer with a girl from Russia. They do not listen to the customer to what they need.

Worst and most expensive salon experience

Stopped in to the MasterCuts in Flagstaff Mall for a shampoo and style while on a road trip. The Stylist was not only inept at styling longer hair, the cost was $50. Unbelievable! I've had blow outs at high end salons that don't cost this much. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they told me they could redo it but I'd have to wait 45 minutes. I asked for and they gave me the customer service number for corporate headquarters which oh by the way was for another completely different organization. I was told I could follow up with the salon manager to discuss further but that she would not be in until the next day. I am disgusted and should have listened to my gut which told me do not go to MasterCuts. Expensive lesson learned!
